WEBADI -Populate multiple fields based on one LOV

We have a requirement to populate multiple fields data based on a single LOV

Is it possible?

I'm able to show multiples values on LOV like code,description and when I select any one of them that particular value gets populated in that field and I want the remaining values to populate the description field of template
