Siebel Tools SRF in IP2017

In chapter 11 of Using Siebel Tools  guide from IP2017,  it is mentioned about the Compiling projects/objects.

Under Compiling objects, it says at step 4 'In the Siebel Repository File window, click browse \, and then choose a repository'

When I looked at the OBJECTS/enu folder of Siebel tools NO SRF file found and there is NO OBJECTS folder in Siebel mobile Client install directory.

But when you look at Siebel Tools Help->Technical support, it says Repository file: c:\siebel\Tools\objects\enu\siebel_sia.srf.

Any idea why we cannot see the SRF file in Siebel Tools Objects\enu folder and no objects folder in Client.
