weblogic application's log file has time different than server time

hi guys

im new to weblogic

we have weblogic12c, i notice that the weblogic log files has time different than server time, in our production the difference is 2 hours while in our test area the difference is 6 hours.

any help to set the time/timezone correctly for weblogic files.
