Using Ops Center to connect Assets to ASR

Hi,

i have a customer who is using Ops Center 12c and have ASR Enabled, thus all discovered assets are ready to be ASR activated.

There is a group of assets which are Partner related, and although these discovered assets in OC are Approved in MOS, ASR alerts are not being created when faults occur.

For these assets, there are two CSI's listed against each asset

- CSI A = Partner CSI and Technical SR Enabled

- CSI B = Customer CSI and No Technical SR's Allowed

Customer is CUA of CSI B, but not listed in CSI A.

Any suggestions on how the customer can utilise OC capability to effectively manage assets with ASR ? thx
