TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

Hi All,

I notice that connection fluctuation in the application log and even notice in the listener.log files.

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

TNS-12536: TNS:operation would block

  TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

   TNS-00506: Operation would block

    HPUX Error: 246: Operation would block

Every 20 minutes above error was reported in the listener.log.
