Can i transfer all data from ou to another one?

We have a situation as follows:

One Legal Entity is having Two Operating units (Ex:-OU1& OU2) and both having operations, as a part of the new structure the OU2 should be separated and assigned to New Legal Entity. So all the Subledgers (Master Data and Transactional Data) AP, AR, OM, PO, GL & FA belonging to OU2 has to be move to New operating units "OU3" and new legal Entity "LE2" and will stop working with OU2 and both OU1 and OU3 will have similar/same Ledger.

I am looking for a better solution options to minimize/eliminate the Data Conversion & Functional setups.
