Custom report added to document set is not triggered

Hi Team,

I have added a custom report(application: custom) to a document set of usage type 'pick release'. After running a pick release rule having this document set is not calling the custom report which I have added to the document set. Remaining reports on the document set are triggered successfully.

Any help would be appreciated.
