Life Insurance elected amount not calculating on spouse

Hello -

When setting up Voluntary Life Plans for spouses the amount of elected coverage is not calculating. I am using the Table Method SL / DBA method 9.  The amount elected shows on the Enrollment with Eligibility Screen but does not calculate through to the DBA for a payroll deduction. The EE and Spouse DBA's are set up identical except for Table Methods and the EE elected amount is working and calculating a payroll deduction. I have the spouse's birth date in the SAGE field on the EE's record.  Any suggestions would be great.
