Merging multiple files into one pdf file using jd edward tools

in HR recruitment when the user uploads several files (cover letters, references, etc), I want to merge all of the documents into one pdf file and printing them at one time , is any one have such this solution using jd edward standerd tools or using BI publisher ???

please any suggestion ?
