Solaris 5.11 11.2 giving "Value too large for defined data type" on cat command NFS Share mount poin

I am facing an unique issue with a EMC NAS Storage,  NFS Share, in Solaris LDOMs.

Where the NFS mount points are normally getting mounted as Read-Only.

\But when we follow the work around mentioned in the EMC primus,

=====================================================================

Value too large for defined data type
cannot determine current directory

Errors "Value too large for defined data type" and/or "cannot determine current directory" are returned during the following conditions:

  • when the 64-bit full field in a NFS version 3 readdirplus reply is returned from a Data Mover
  • when command ls, pwd, cp, etc. are executed

The ls command executed against the affected directory on a  Linux Control Station shows a large number of inodes in the output.
