Unable to disable tax rate, when I end date it, error page.

Hi,

I want to know why I can not disable my tax rate, when I enter effective to date, and click " APPLY", error page dispalys as follows:

I wonder it's because my tax regime-tax rate flow has problems, because I don't enable the option "Allow Override and Entry of Inclusive Tax Lines" at tax regime level, and now I have disabled all my tax regimes, tax, tax status, tax jurisdictions and tax recovery rates successfully, I just can not end date the tax rates.

I wonder if there is any option to disable the tax rates, because user does not want to see the tax classification codes on AR transaction line, tax classification field.
