Interface Trip Stop - SRS completed with warning

Dear,

my  move order is shipped but show error "Run Interface"

then i try to run Interface Trip Stop - SRS its ends with warning and in log file

Start of log messages from FND_FILE

No Delivery Detail Found

MTL_ONLINE_TRANSACTION_PUB.process_online returns false

Error Code:Transaction processor error

Error Explanation:Negative balances not allowed

Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status NORMAL: 0

Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status WARNING: 0
