Cancelling an absence after the absence has been approved.

Hello All

I would like to find out if there is a way to cancel an absence after it has been approved. The client would like to cancel an absence after the absence has  been approved by the approver and for the net entitlement to revert back as well. Please let me know if there is a way to do this.
