How can I identify manual journal entries that are entered directly in Secondary Books?

Hi,

We have a primary book and a secondary book with Data Conversion level set as 'Subledger'.

The users enters all Manual Journal enters into the Primary Books which are all replicated in the Secondary Books.

At the end of the month, the users enter 'Adjustment' entries directly into the secondary books. Is there a way to identify these Manual Entries which are entered directly into the secondary Books? We are not concerned about the entries coming from Subledgers.

Of course, we could create two separate categories for Primary and Secondary Books, but then again there is no way to restrict a category to a particular book. Is there a foolproof way to identify such entries? Maybe a back-end field? Please advise
