Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Not able to take oracle.com online courses since ilearning site is timing out

Hello All,

I am not able to take any oracle.com online courses. Whenever I try to click on a course, it navigates to ilearning.oracle.com and says timeout. Please see screenshot below and suggest ways this can be resolved. Thanks in advance.

Step 1: Click on “…” button on “Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 Supply Chain Management PreSales Specialist” box.

Step 2: Click on “Take Course” button

Step 3: Get this screen that does not allow me to take the course!
