Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to create value objects for BSSV objects in JDeveloper, New option disabled

We have installed JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.5.0) in Windows 7, 64 Bit, 4GB RAM machine having E900.

Jdeveloper is being invoked for BBSV objects from JDE but when trying to create value objects for BSSV objects in JDeveloper, New option disabled.

How to fix this ?
