Repository objects disappear from LOCAL OracleXE instance

Hi

We are using IP16.10 and I have been running into this issue second time where the Repository objects get disappeared from LOCAL OracleXE instance. I have to do full get again from server. Attached the alert and trace log generated when the issue is seen. what could be causing this binary corruption?  Have anyone faced this issue?

  1. Below mentioned are the error seen while testing ODBC connection.

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

2) Error seen in the trace file.

USER (ospid: 6292): terminating the instance due to error 119

Symbol file C:\Siebel\16.0.0.0.0\Client\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\BIN\ORACLE.SYM does not match binary.
