R12: PA How system will pick the labor rate? do we have multiple option to check the rate and pickup

Hi Gurus,

when i create a pre approved batch for the direct labor with qty of 8 for day then from where system will pick the rate(50) to distribute the cost to 8*50 = 400 ? is it from emp rate schedule or do we have any other option ?
