Payroll journals generating previous FY report

We are generating payroll journals for FY17 already but we noticed that it is generating 2 payroll journals (R05229). One for FY17 and the other one with FY 16 PN 1. It always points to FY16 but we don't have any more transactions in this FY. The 2 reports (1 correct with only FY17) and the other with FY16 PN1 and FY17 (combined.) this confuses the users. Have anyone had this issue
