When performing a Stock Count using the Hand held devices; not all items in the scan file appear as

Hi All,

When performing a Stock Count using the Hand held devices not all items in the scan file appear as scanned in ORSIM any guesses what could be the reason.

Is it possible to have one UIN for 2 Quantity ?
