IP17 Server Manager Connection Failed with Certificate Errors

I've deployed Gateway and Siebel Server configurations.

Siebel server tried to start, but failed coming up.

but when i connect to server manager from command line like as below -

srvrmgr /e entname /g servername.domainname /u SADMIN /p pwd

I get the below errors in gtwy log-

SisnTcpIpSisnSockInfo300000002598d0ba0:02017-08-11 15:19:47  3808: [SISNAPI TLS] Using OPENSSL to create TLS connections

SisnTcpIpSisnSockInfo300000002598d0ba0:02017-08-11 15:19:47  3808: [SISNAPI TLS] failed to read CA certificate file name
