Jumping plans in 12.2

Hello All !
I wonder if you can help me with an odd issue I have.

I have a test db running 12.2 bundle patch 1 installed on Linux.

The application runs a job every hour that calculates prices. Currently the system does not get any new data so all executions are

done on the same set of data. I have collected fresh statistics and I have disabled auto statistics gathering (just to keep everything static)

When I look at the sqls executing over time i Have a set of sqls that are jumping plans, it can run with a good plan several times but suddenly
