Enhanced Retro Pay

Hi All,

We are using Enhanced Retro pay for India.

I would like to understand the significance of all the seeded retro components.

1) Arrears

2) Salary Adjustment

3) Recalculations

Whats the meaning of each component and in which case all these are fired. Sometimes Salary Adjust is fired sometimes Recalculations and sometimes Arrears

It would be a great help for us.
