Should applying a hold to Project Contracts contract change the contract status?
I have a projects contract in the status of Active. I applied a hold to the contract and got a confirmation message that the contract has been put on hold.
Shouldn't the contract have the status of Hold now instead of Active? The OKE Hold Status Change workflow has been run and it completed successfully.
I've checked the implementation guide and users guide but cannot find the answer to this.
Am I missing a step? Thanks for any help you might be able to give.
