contract packaging work orders and sales

Hello, I am trying to configure our JDE E1 9.1 for a new business process.  We are a discreet manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.  We have purchased a new high-speed packaging line and will soon be packaging for other companies.  If they are running JDE then they will most likely generate a work order with a *OP10 for the packaging service.  They will be providing their products (tablets in large drums or boxes) and we will be packing their product into 100 count or 500 count bottles.  We will most likely supply the bottles, caps, labels and shipper cases and will
