node1 RAC server rebooted and on the crs refused to start.

see the errors on trying to start the crs:

ORACLE_SID=+ASM2
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/product/11203/grid

eagle:/export/home/oracle> sqlplus / as sysasm

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service.

root@eagle # ./crsctl start crs

CRS-4640: Oracle High Availability Services is already active

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

/oracle/product/11203/grid/bin
root@eagle # ./crsctl start cluster
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cssd' on 'eagle'
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.diskmon' on 'eagle'
