FAILED: file FNDFFVGN on worker 1 for product fnd username APPLSYS

Hi,

I am working with Melinda Gaspari on 11i to R12.2.5 upgrade.  We are doing integration testing and when I was applying application patches, I encountered an issue that workers are failing to run this FNDFFVGN file.

We ran adctrl to restart the worker but still failing.  We decided to skipped this file and apply phase got completed. I'd like to ask if it is okay to continue applying more patch or do we need to abort the patching cycle?

Here's also the logs from adworker

Oracle error 1403: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_DDL", line 188
ORA-06512: at line 1 has been detected in afuddl() [3_xdd].
