version miss-match in my oracle database x64 and and the 32bit client

I have installed the JDE 92 deployment server as i have done many times before.

however this time im getting an error when trying to logon to jdeplan.

"cannot determine database driver name for driver type "E""

The only thing that i know is different is that i needed to install a newer version of the 32bit client 12.2.0.1.0 due to some windows updates

I have a version miss-match in my oracle database x64 12.1.0.2.0  and and the 32bit client 12.2.0.1.0

would this be my issue and is there a simple way to fix this.
