9.2 Grid Format after 9.1 conversion

We are currently running 9.1 as our production environment and working through an upgrade to 9.2.  In our 9.2 environment (users are testing in PY) all of the users grid formats appear in the list, but they cannot edit or save them.  I found that if I change the UDO status to 08 (currently is 02) via Approve/Share exit, the Grid Formats are usable.  Here's the problem, There are over 3000 Grid Formats to promote, and I have to hit OK after every single one if I use the P98220u.  Is there a better way to do this?  I could
