Excel Template - Output Excel Number Stored as Text Warning

Dear Experts

We have a template in excel and output in excel, the column is made as text so that numbers with leading zeros and mixed column of Alpha/Numericals appear as-is. However, when Numbers appear in the cell the warning of Number Stored as Text appear with the Excel Error checking option.

Is there a way to turn this off through BIP ? Or by adding anything in the template?  We tried with white space on the template as a prefix / suffix on the cell but that isn't making an impact. E.g attached. Adding in the middle is making it not appear, but that format isn't being accepted by vendors.
