AGIS- How to create relationship between two LEs belonging two separate ledger

Hi Experts

Client has the following scenarios and wants to use AGIS for the solution:

1. US ledger has 3 LEs . Say USLE1, USLE2 and USLE3 in the US ledger

2. UK Ledger has 3 LEs as well. Say UKLE1 UKLE2 ,UKLE3 attached to UK ledger

Clcient wants to have separate intercompany receivable and payable account for each US LE and UK LE.

I logged into global GL responsibility -In ASM- Selected US ledger-  Under Intercompnay setting for across legal entity - I tried to create relationship between USLE1 and UKLE1.

Under "*Transacting Balancing Segment Value" , I selected the USLE1 BSV, However no UKLE value appearing in the "
