Changing Tax rate and amount by Work order

Hi all,

We have our tax derivation set up by tax rate area, however, it's not calculating properly to the local level.  We need to adjust the taxation amount on an inbound line from the F0911.  Has anyone else needed to do this?  We understand that the fields that would allow us to make changes are inhibited.
