Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi gurus,

When I double click to open Units of Measure, encounter error:error-ORA-01403:No Data Found.

Environment:R12.2.5, Simplified Chinese.

But when I changed to English Environment, nothing went wrong.

Somebody tell me what is wrong and how to cope with it . Thanks in advance.
