Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cycle Counts: Is it possible adjust only the secondary quantity?

Hi, I can not adjust only the secondary quantity in a cycle count, leaving the same primary quantity.

Example:

1) I have in onhand 100 units (primary UOM) and 13500 kilograms (secondary UOM) of item 401440001085 (Cow).

2) If I want to adjust 100 units and 13599 kilograms, the system save the transaction but does not adjust.

3) If I adjust 101 units and 13599 kilogram, the system works, adjust the quantities.

Looks like if the primary quantity does not change, the adjust does not proceed. I understand that it is a bug.

One more, Iif I make the adjustment only by the secondary UOM, the system modifies the primary quantity without consulting me.
