Need to access 5 million records for FAH daily

Hello All,

I have a requirement to access 4 to 5 million records from a non EBS database and need to insert valid records into a staging table in EBS (staging tables for FAH)

This should be done on a daily basis

Kindly suggest best practice for the above requirement
