IP2016: Edit Web Layout Does Not Display Items Properly (Doc ID 2191779.1)

Do we have any fix for this issue.

We have upgraded from IP 2013 to IP 2016 (Patch set 14).Now when I try to Edit the Applet web layout, all the Buttons/Controls are displayed randomly.

If I need to add new Button, how should I add it.
