Charge Account at Item Org level -Freeze

Hi Team,

While creating Item, Under Organization level, Under Purchasing Tab, Expense Account is getting freeze. Unable to change the Account values at Org and Master level.

where as for Old Items i am able to change the Expense Account at Item Org level.

Please help what could be the possible reason for Expense Account freeze.
