Interim Payroll does not calculate DBA

We have two interim payroll and one only calculate DBA. The only difference we can see is the Cycle Code. APAC_OFF is W1 (weekly) and APAC_INT is FN1 (fortnight). Superannuation calculated for APAC_INT but not for APAC_OFF. Our employees are paid bi-weekly (frequency = . What are we missing?
