Cannot delete blank records in Superannuation screen P07855

I cannot delete dummy blank records created by JDE in Superannuation screen P07855. It keeps on looping. Plus why does it create a blank record when I only want to update an employee superannuation record (either company or employee contribution). I'm on 9.1 and there is only one ESU for 9.2. Why?
