RPAS performance and browser cache

Hi,

We have noticed that the performance of MFP (client specific configuration) application degrades over the day and becomes really bad by late afternoon. When the user clears the cache on the browser, it seems to be improve the performance. The users have not reported any performance issues in the mornings. 

Has anyone faced anything similar ? We are on RPAS v15.0.2.11
