Oracle Application Express 5.1 Interactive Report

Dear Experts,

I'm using Oracle Application Express 5.1.1.00.08.

I've created Interactive Report based on some pl/sql query.

After submission, Report is generated and it consist of 50 pages.

Every time when I click on "next page" or trying to download generated report it takes too long and monitor sessions shows me  that, source pl/sql query is executed again...

Is it normal or I did something in a wrong way?
