NLSLANG in windows client

The database 12c character set is AL32UTF8. Client is WIndows 7 , the command prompt default code page is 950.

So what's the best suit for NLS_LANG setting on client side to connect to the database ?

the default nls_lang setting in registry after oracle client install is  AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252
