environment is not starting giving an error

Hello  All ,

When i tried to start the environment  the batch files runs and stopping the environment and  had checked the environment.log  with following error

] [RegistrationDataManager ]  Loading registration data from disk... :: oracle.retail.xenvironment.registration.RegistrationDataManager.loadAllData(RegistrationDataManager.java:203)

ERROR 2017-08-15 15:49:01,251 [xenv-main                ] [RegistrationDataManager ]  CAUGHT EXCEPTION :: oracle.retail.xenvironment.registration.RegistrationDataManager.loadAllData(RegistrationDataManager.java:214)

java.io.IOException: Could not find lead register in local system information database, registration may not have occurred.

at oracle.retail.xenvironment.registration.RegistrationDataManager.getLeadRegisterSystemInformation(RegistrationDataManager.java:122)

at oracle.retail.xenvironment.registration.RegistrationDataManager.loadAllData(RegistrationDataManager.java:211)
