Cash clearing no CE Module

Hello,

My customer doesnt have cash management installed, however they will like to use a cash clearing account in order to handle the cash in transit transactions and when the transactions clear pass it to the cash account. But I am not sure how we can then pass it to the cash account, if we dont have cash management to do the reconciliation....
