See SR details in email
DETAILED SR UPDATE EMAILS
You can now opt in to receive the specific SR update
details via email instead of accessing My Oracle Support to view them. You will
only need to do this once per CSI to enable updates via email for all your SRs.
First, verify that your Customer User Administrator has approved the “SR
Details” feature for your Support Identifier (SI) found on the My Account page.
Individual Users:
