IP 16.9 with Desktop Intergation (DISA)

Hello All,

  I had followed all the steps mentioned in the below document to install DISA.

"Install and Deploy Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (DISA) (Doc ID 2107511.1)"

As per instructions, I could also verify as mentioned in the document.

After this, I have gone to User preferences --> Outbound Communications --> Default Email Client  - Selected this as Outlook.

Part 1:

on next login when I click on F9, I get the popup to choose the contacts, Email Template.

After the selection. I expect that the outlook client is opened. But I get the below message that integration is not working.

Any Pointers on how to get this working.
