Open UI: Upload/Download visual Indicator

Hi All,

  We have a requirement that when ever we are uploading a document to Siebel attachments or downloading if it takes more time then the regular Siebel busy icon doesn't stay and hence ppl think its been attached or downloaded and when they try to click on the application it goes to a hung state so in order to avoid this confusion, we would like to add a visual indicator to show progess of attachment or downloading the attachment, we just want to show some kind of indicator to the user that there is still some process happening so that
