ORDER TEMPLATES PROCESSING
Hello,
I have created an order template for sales orders through application p4015. It is a generic template and not for a specific customer, that means for blank address number. I have activated the processing option #6 in tab 7-Process of P4210 and entered the created template as a default one too.
When entering an order, the order templates form opens, after entering header data, as it should, but no items are shown. The template is shown blank.
I have checked the effective dates in P4015 and they are previous from order date for all items.
Is there any additional setup that I should do or is there any related bug? We use version 9.0 and tools release 9.2.
