Commit failed in P4310 application

Hello,

The application P4310 application system unable to commit the records in the F4301 & F4311 table.

The issue seen at  the following steps:

1. fast path p4310

2. enter the details of the purchase order

3. save it and error is received

This is  happening with all most all P4310 versions and all document types. Recently the problems occurs very frequently.
