Storage 6180 tray showing removed state

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

I have sun storage 6180 and out of 5 trays one tray is showing in removed state.

Also volumes also are in degraded so not able to mount the volumes in solaris 10.
